There's not really any difference between playing it before Echo or after Echo, but it can explain some mini-details in the main game

I'd say leave Jenna for last since it has the most positive ending in the game, and maybe do Carl first because I think it's the most chill route in the game

I've literally lost track of updates because they come out once in like 999 days, and there are no even logs of what exactly is added in the update

Like the only way to get updates monthly (or idk how often) is to be a patron 💀

I really like this novel and want to see how the story ends, but the large rarity of public updates made me lose motivation to look forward to new updates

There are many good novels out there, but sometimes their long update periods/unknown status make me gradually lose interest in them, and by the point when an update finally comes out, I may have already forgotten half of the story/events, and in that case I either have to reread the whole thing to understand what's going on, or just kinda abandon it for some time

I can easily say that Echo is one of the best, if not the best furry visual novel
It's not a typical dating simulator or "choose this route and you'll become lovers with this character, happy ending"
It destroys that typicality and tells traumatic stories with thrilling writing that leaves you with different emotions for a while when you finish the reading
Every main character (even some of the minor characters) has their own unique story which will leave some impact on you
The visuals (sprites, backgrounds, CGs, music etc) are also done great, they perfectly fit the story atmosphere and convey the characters' feelings/emotions to readers
If you're looking for interesting visual novels to read, I'd definitely recommend Echo (and also the other novels from The Echo Project since they are equally as great as this one)

I mean, when they're in the train, Cyrus is being nervous and anxious that this is the last day when he sees Cooper, while Cooper is just sitting and happily searching for the lodestar's price. I think that already shows that he only cares about money and nothing about Cyrus personally

How to get the choice with trying to unlock Mark's phone?
(I got it once and wrote random numbers just to see what happens if I fail, and after I failed and rolled back to the choice point it just disappeared and got replaced with Walter saying that he shouldn't mess with Mark's phone) (Mark day 7)

Who is the mysterious phone guy? (Lars day 8) He firstly called when they were at the store, and then it called later when they were talking about losing the pendant. I hope that's not someone dangerous. I really hope that guy isn't gonna like hurt or kill someone later
